Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Premium Monthly is billed at $14.99 each month and Premium Annual at $119.99 each year. Each renews automatically until cancelled. You may schedule cancellation from your ZEYVUNE Profile or use the Paddle buyer portal linked from Paddle's subscription email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: no further renewal is charged, Premium stays active until that date, and the account, history, and progress remain afterward.

One-time Scan

ZEYVUNE Scan costs $4.99 and is a one-time digital service, not a subscription. Refund eligibility for a completed transaction is handled under the Paddle Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply. Contact ZEYVUNE for product delivery or access problems and Paddle for a billing or refund request.

Refund requests

Cancelling prevents a future renewal and does not itself refund a completed charge. Submit billing and refund requests through Paddle Buyer Support. Paddle assesses requests under its published policy and applicable mandatory law; ZEYVUNE does not promise a refund beyond those rights and processes.

Promotional purchases

ZEYVUNE30 provides 30% off the first payment only. It does not repeat on subscription renewals. Cancellation and refund requests for promotional purchases follow this same policy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory or other mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Where mandatory law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms provide greater rights, those rights continue to apply.
